  1. Karina, love the purple titles!!… the first stand up seems a little loud.

And the Mad Culture stuff is cool. I would even move that to the very beginning since it really catches the attention!

  2. Kari, I liked your resume reel. When you interview Linda, I think you cut her off. I know you just want to show that you are capable of doing live interviews, but it will look more natural if she says at least one sentence.

  3. You are doing an great job there!! You look so pro and all, but I do prefer you spanish accent…, hehehehe…, when are we going to see you in a vlog again Karina?? We need you in the media!!

  4. Good work! I don’t think you need the opening text to say “Standups”, I would just get open with your face. Love the old footage, I think it works and it shows that you have been doing this for a while. I think you could quicken up the end.

  5. I like the protest standup at the top. I would suggest adding a slate at the beginning and taking out the black frames after every standup. I’m not sure that your older work fits in with this type of “news” resume reel. If you are applying to lighter, entertainment or talk shows, it would work much better in that type of reel. I like the packages, and I would suggest creating a separate slate for your Spanish anchoring and moving it to the end.

Karina! How did you get this under 45 minutes? 😉 Just kidding, it looks really good. Throw in some of the Spain stuff at the beginning — seems too short. And you can use the Spain stuff as extra standups. Just a thought.

Great Job Karina. I agree with Dan, you dont need the “standups” sign in the beginning. Other than that, loved it!

I think you could make your cuts between standups faster. You seem to have shortened or cut off your interview with Linda. It’s jarring and you can tighten it up and not make it so awkward. Other than that, it was good.
